Tressillian

The Tressillian is a 2 bedroom plus study home featuring a step-down floor to the lounge and dining areas. This allows the roof line to swoop low over the lounge giving extra ceiling height as a consequence.

The lean to garage at the back of the house can be reversed so that access can be achieved from either end allowing this design to be used on a variety of section types, ideal for smaller sections.

The garage is separated from the house by a pergola frame that provides light and ventilation to the bathroom, WC and study.
